Up to 90% of American adults have at least one persistent, Socially-Transmitted Virus(STV). The vast majority have no idea that they are carriers: they show no symptoms and STD screens don't test for HSV(Herpes).

Without strong public awareness and education, the number of infected will only continue to grow.

The social stigma surrounding STDs benefits only the viruses themselves. Enabling a more understanding public conversation and eliminating the stigma are without question the most powerful weapons available today in combatting the spread of chronic STDs.

As membership in and support for ProjectAccept.org grows, proceeds will be used to fund independent cure research grants worldwide.
